Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Buddy Outfitters is operated by Matija Mackovic, a sole trader based in Munich, Germany (Kunreuthstr. 33, 81249 München, Germany; hello@buddyoutfitters.com). "We", "us" and "our" mean this business. "You" means the customer.

2. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed on buddyoutfitters.com. We sell to consumers in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

3. Products
Our products are printed on demand after you order. Colors on screen can differ slightly from the printed item. Product photos may be mock-ups. Sizes follow the size chart on each product page.

4. Orders and contract
Product pages are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was clearly wrong; you then get a full refund.

5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping costs are shown at checkout; see our Shipping Policy. Taxes and duties are shown at checkout where we can calculate them. We are a small business under German law (Kleinunternehmer, § 19 UStG) and charge no German VAT. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If your card uses another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge a fee.

6. Production and delivery
Production usually takes 2–5 business days; shipping time then depends on your country (see Shipping Policy). If we can't ship within the promised time, we will tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.

7. Returns, faulty items and your consumer rights
See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country, including the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

8. Intellectual property
All designs, texts and images on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission.

9. Liability
We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. This does not limit any rights you cannot lawfully waive in your country.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version shown when you placed your order applies to that order.
