Refund Policy

Every item is printed just for you, so we can't take back items because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size. Please check the garment measurements on the product page before ordering. This doesn't affect your rights if something is wrong with your order.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item
If your item arrives with a misprint, a defect, damage, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@buddyoutfitters.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask.

Lost parcel
If tracking shows no progress for 10 business days, contact us and we'll reprint or refund.

Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge within 12 hours of ordering, before production starts. After that the item is already being printed.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days of our approval.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law of your state.
